Description
Casa las Amapas is one of the original homes build in Conchas Chinas, recently remodeled to retain the best of Classic Vallarta style with a Mediterranean influence. The result is simple and elegant and completely in tune to a casual tropical lifestyle with numerous outdoor living areas.
The oceans edge sits 20 feet from the main entertaining area so the sound of the surf and the soft ocean breezes are a constant. Just steps from the villa are the white sandy beaches of Conchas Chinas. Los Muertos Beach and the popular romantic zone are a short walk along the beach or along historical Calle Santa Barbara with its many large old estates. The Villa has 5 bedrooms all with private baths, air conditioning. The 3 bedrooms on the top level all have ocean views & terrace. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level open onto the lower terrace with partial ocean views.
The pool and nearby palapa are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for complete privacy. The spacious upper terrace is perfect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon in the shade of the pergola.
