Description
Located on a sandy beach on the south end of the exclusive Conchas Chinas residential area, this multi level contemporary villa is popular for it’s pool area. Outdoor dining, wet bar and Jacuzzi all right at water’s edge provide the perfect setting for entertaining large groups.
Entering the villa at the top level, there are two bedrooms on each floor providing maximum privacy. An elevator takes you down to beach level to the main entertaining area. The doors open onto a magnificent water garden and atrium; a huge living/dining area and gourmet kitchen open onto the pool and beach.

A private stairway leads down to a small cove with a sandy beach surrounded by volcanic rocks and emerald water. Beach path to town makes for a lovely 15 minute walk along the stunning shoreline of Conchas Chinas.
