As you step through the oversized wrought iron entry gate you will immediately be soothed by the rock water falls that trickles down from the terrace above. The main terrace with it’s large heated pool and expansive views of the ocean is the perfect place to relax and sip your favorite beverage while enjoying the perfect tropical climate that Mexico has to offer.
Casa Delmar is a contemporary style villa with state-of-the-art amenities which can be rented as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom villa. Great location for the that special honeymoon or just getting together with a few friends to share a vacation.
For casual dinning enjoy daily breakfast on your pool terrace or indoors for the more formal dinners. All meals prepared and served by your private cook while your houseman prepares the best margaritas and other beverages for you to enjoy as you relax at the pool.
The living room opens onto the terrace for fresh breezes or close the doors on those extra hot days and the A/C will keep you cool. Ascend the dramatic spiral staircase to the upper level to the master suite with king size pillow top bed and private large master suite bathroom with Grecian jacuzzi style tub and shower with views of the ocean. You may want to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private terrace and watch the pelicans fly by.
On the main level there are two more bedrooms with en suite bathroom and private terrace. One bedroom serves as an office with wireless internet when not in use as the 3rd bedroom. A queen size Murphy bed pulls down from the Cherry Wood wall to make this a beautiful 3rd bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen size pillow top beds.
This wonderful villa is fully air conditioned and comes with a full staff of houseman, cook and housemaid. There is also 24 hour security. Our concierge service can arrange airport pickup and any tours you may wish to take. How about a massage on the pool terrace to help you relax. Just let our concierge know and he will arrange for the masseuse to come to the villa to pamper you.
